34: Enduring Lessons

Storytelling is the oldest form of education. -Terry Tempest Williams Stories are powerful. Apart from taking us on different adventures from the comfort our home, stories also have the capacity to captivate us, change the way we see the world, and teach us to become better human beings. We learn best through our experiences, but sometimes, we can also learn from the experiences of others.  This week in Kinder 2, we looked into the enduring lessons that we learn from stories, such as kindness, gratitude, empathy, forgiveness, and making friends, through the lens of a 5-year old. We explored different stories in class and we reflected on how these narratives relate to some of our best traits.
